We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Web Analyst to join our team. As a Web Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data related to website performance, user behavior, and marketing campaigns. Your insights and recommendations will play a crucial role in optimizing web presence, improving user experience, and driving business growth.

*This role can be homebased almost anywhere in the U.S.

What You Will Do:

- Analyze data on website traffic, user behavior, conversion rates, and other key performance indicators.

- Familiar with digital campaigns planning and execution.

- Collaborate with clients to analyze the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns, including paid search, display advertising, email marketing, and social media initiatives.

- A/B testing and other experimentation techniques to validate hypotheses, optimize landing pages, and drive continuous improvement in key metrics.

- Recommend, develop, and maintain comprehensive dashboards and reports to effectively communicate data-driven insights to cross-functional teams and senior management.

- Analyze digital data from web logs, cookies, and tags to identifying areas for improvement, and making recommendations to enhance user experience, conversion rates, and overall site usability.

- Conduct in-depth analysis of website traffic patterns, user journeys, and funnel optimization to identify opportunities for increasing conversion rates and revenue generation.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in web analytics, making recommendations for new tools or methodologies to enhance data collection and analysis processes.

- Provide strategic insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support decision-making processes related to campaign targeting strategies.

- Conduct ad-hoc analysis and respond to data requests from stakeholders to address specific business questions or challenges.

What You Will Have:

- Bachelor\'s degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or Marketing.

- 5+ years SQL \xe2\x80\x93 Complex data manipulations and performance tuning for large-scale data (millions and billions of records).

- 5+ years Python \xe2\x80\x93 Data manipulations via dataframes for data analytics/analysis.

- 5+ years EDA \xe2\x80\x93 Data discovery, cleansing, aggregations, and deriving insights to provide results and data for reporting. Ability to dig into the data to recognize outliers and oddities using existing knowledge and experience.

- Proven experience as a Web Analyst or similar role with working with marketing-related analytics/channels/creative/metrics.

- Knowledge of web analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar platforms.

- Excellent knowledge of web metrics, user behavior analysis, and online marketing channels.

- Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and conversion rate optimization techniques.

- Experience with data visualization and reporting tools, such as Looker, Tableau, or Google Data Studio, to create meaningful dashboards and reports.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn complex data into actionable insights.

- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex data findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- A passion for digital marketing, user experience, and driving measurable results through data-driven decision-making.

- Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
