The Senior Vice President (SVP) NTW Field Sales is responsible for managing the productivity of the West Zone by increasing sales to independent dealers and local fleet operators. The SVP lead will bring wholesale solutions for our customers, increase the market share operations with our existing customer base while increasing our customer base through prospecting new customers. The success of these two should deliver an outcome that leads to unit and revenue growth. In addition to this, the SVP is responsible for supporting and building NTW\'s selling and marketing processes. The SVP will promote Salesforce.com and utilize the tools and resources available to help our customers improve their businesses.

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead and drive strategic initiatives.
  • Sales organization to a solution-based selling organization leveraging tools such as Salesforce.com, Supply Chain as A Service - capability, and TBC Brands opportunities
  • Develop and maintain strategic supplier relationships to grow the Associate Dealer count and ensure program compliance and local fleet targets are achieved
  • Actively engages in cross-functional planning with Operations, Product Marketing, Finance, etc.
  • Organize and analyze data to build customized business plans to achieve targeted results
  • Drive franchise conversion strategy with Big-O and Midas brand teams
  • Ensure Zone\'s financial performance meets/exceeds expectations
  • Build sales relationships with strategic accounts/fleets within the zones
  • Provide Sales and Marketing input to marketing team
  • Ensure growth of sales offerings (new accounts and growth of share of account for existing customers)
  • Drive corporate initiatives and promote active engagement and response time to requested organizational feedback
  • Attract, motivate, and develop existing team as well as build a comprehensive talent strategy to ensure succession and support next-generation talent
Qualifications
  • B.A. or B.S. in Business, Sales, or Marketing preferred.
  • 10+ years of related business experience in lieu of a bachelor\'s degree
  • Proven sales experience with demonstrated expertise in leading and developing regional or national sales teams.
  • Solid understanding of business processes and logistics operations
  • Excellent written, verbal and virtual communication skills
  • Presentation and strategic planning and process creation skills
  • Excellent analytical and time management (organizational) skills
  • Deep knowledge of Salesforce tools
  • Action Oriented: Taking on new opportunities and tough challenges with a sense of urgency, high energy, and enthusiasm.
  • Communicates Effectively: Developing and delivering multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences
  • Change Management - effective Sponsorship, Change Agent and influencing skills. Adaptive, agile, flexible, open minded. Proven ability to build cross-functional commitment, lead, simplify and scale complex dynamic organizations through transformational change.
