The Senior Vice President of Community Engagement reports directly to the Chief Strategy Officer and is a primary leader within the firm. This position leads Vice Presidents of Community Engagement to successfully implement the firm\'s strategic plan vision in all markets and all geographic locations of PEC. Additionally, as a primary leader within the firm, this individual will actively participate in corporate management activities, committees, and other ad-hoc groups setting corporate policy.

The Senior Vice President of Community Engagement is responsible for:

  • Assigning and leading Vice Presidents of Community Engagement
  • Implementing the strategic plan vision for all PEC geographic locations
  • Delivering PEC\'s purpose to clients
  • Company-wide sales and growth
  • Client relationships
  • Identification of key staffing needs to support sales
  • Business development, community engagement, and regional leadership
Qualification requirements include:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in engineering, business, or related field
  • Licensure by a State Board of Technical Professions is preferred
  • Minimum 5 years\' experience in Architectural/Engineering Consulting (AEC) business development and sales
  • Community service or other involvement (economic development, social, or philanthropic participation) experience is a plus
  • Prior engineering consulting project management experience is preferred, although project management will not be performed by this position
