Key Responsibilities

Prepare accurate and competitive roofing estimates and proposals

Maintain organized records of estimates and project details
Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and internal teams
Requirements
Minimum
3 years of experience
as a roofing estimator or in a similar role
Strong knowledge of roofing systems, materials, and construction processes
Excellent mathematical, analytical, and organizational skills
Strong communication and client-facing skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple estimates/projects simultaneously
