We are looking for a

Senior Product Manager

who will own the roadmap, align teams, and deliver products that keep WD first to market in our niche. The Senior Product Manager is responsible for owning and driving WD's product vision and roadmap. This role ensures that the right products are brought to market at the right time and with the right quality by turning customer and dealer insights into actionable priorities, aligning cross-functional teams, and delivering high-quality launches that drive revenue growth.

This position reports directly to the President and has high visibility and impact across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Own and maintain the 24-month product roadmap across categories. Prioritize new product ideas, retirements, and updates based on customer demand, feasibility, and revenue potential. Identify market gaps and validate new product opportunities with measurable revenue impact. Gather and synthesize customer and dealer insights into clear product requirements. Ensure Engineering, Industrial Design, Operations, Marketing, and Sales are aligned on product priorities and launch readiness. Lead new product launches and ensure checklists, documentation, packaging, and sales materials are completed on time. Guarantee consistent brand presentation across product descriptions, photos, and instructions. Track and report on margin, sales, and adoption of products post-launch. Provide monthly reporting on product performance to leadership. Develop and track project schedules, milestones, and resource allocation (with support from Ops/Project Managers). Partner with Finance and Sales to build ROI and margin models. Support Marketing and Sales with dealer playbooks, training content, and launch communications. Ensure new products meet safety, legal, and regulatory requirements. Recommend and implement tools and processes that speed time-to-market and improve documentation.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related) or Business/Product Management with technical experience. 5+ years of experience in product or project management, ideally in powersports, automotive, or consumer hardware industries. Knowledge of UTV/ATV markets, customer use cases, and industry trends. Strong technical background in mechanical or electrical systems; able to evaluate design tradeoffs. Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver complex projects on time. Excellent communication skills, with experience in presenting to executives and interacting with customers. Strategic thinker with a customer-first mindset and a bias toward action. Experience with project management philosophies and implementation. PMP or Agile certification (preferred but not required).

Pay: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
