JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for providing innovative and effective recruiting strategies supporting multiple divisions across UPR to assure proper staffing levels are achieved by strategic sourcing and hiring high impact professional talent.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide unique and specialized recruitment strategies for Talent Acquisition throughout UPR for Exempt positions to include Executive level roles. Recruit internationally and domestically. Establish guidelines and goals consistent with UPR\'s business plan.
• Advise leadership and provide guidance and direction related to Talent Acquisition Programs to support strategic business needs. Establish proactive / strong partnerships with internal and external business clients.
• Assess internal and external candidates utilizing HRP and personality assessment instruments to make strategic hiring / placement decisions.
• Manage, train and develop Talent Acquisition team to maintain an integrated vision across UPR.
• Develop and manage advertising websites and print ads for maximum exposure to targeted job seekers.
• Understands and actively participates in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UO policy, procedures, training and team member involvement activities.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION:

• Bachelor\'s degree in business or a related field required.

EXPERIENCE:

• 7+ years talent acquisition / recruitment experience in sourcing, selection and hiring exempt employees up to the executive level required;
• 3+ years of leadership experience required;
• Or equivalent combination of education and experience.
