WHAT YOU\'LL DO

The North American (NAMR) Marketing and Talent Engagement Team works to attract and hire top consulting talent by understanding candidate needs and creating compelling engagement strategies. As NAMR Talent Acquisition (TA) Sr. Manager of Marketing and Talent Engagement, you will lead marketing and candidate outreach efforts across all NAMR consulting talent pools. You will partner with NAMR TA, Global TA, Global Social, and NAMR Marketing teams, and be the expert on NAMR consulting candidate engagement. You will manage one direct report.

Key responsibilities include:

Set marketing, content, and engagement agenda by working with NAMR TA Leadership team to identify most important needs

Develop external marketing strategy

o Create slide decks and materials as needed for TA teams to leverage externally

o Partner with social media team on how to create tailored strategy

o Work with Media Relations team on priority projects and target publications, and support external media communication

Monitor developments in market, both within the consulting industry as well as in other key industries such as Tech

Facilitate consistent delivery of candidate messaging across the NAMR region

o Enable teams to find and leverage what they need by curating platform(s) to share messaging/information

o Support executive communication about TA to firm leadership

Maintain alignment across and partner with broader BCG teams

o Work closely with NAMR Marketing team to align on opportunities to increase incorporation key recruiting agendas and vice versa

o Work closely with Global TA Marketing team on strategic projects and to ensure alignment and adapt BCG\'s global recruiting brand campaign for North America market: translate global messaging to local needs based on the unique characteristics and dynamics of key talent pools

o Partner with the Candidate Insights team on the development and evolution of customized NAMR candidate messaging

Design and execute special projects and strategic initiatives as needed to innovate and evolve BCG\'s brand position and execution

YOU\'RE GOOD AT

Persuasive content marketing to a variety of candidate audiences

People management and team leadership

Creating engaging presentations via PowerPoint

Oral and written communication, and able to effectively persuade, influence, and negotiate, as appropriate

Strong project management skills, and can work independently, set priorities, plan workflow and take initiative

Working collaboratively within a matrixed global organization

Leveraging data in decision making and strategy setting

Adapting to role changes, flexible in responding to needs

YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)

Six or more years of relevant practical experience in a related field (e.g., at an advertising agency or communications firm, or in a marketing, communications, PR, or employer branding function)

Minimum three years people management experience

Expertise in content marketing, slide creation, and written communications for internal and external audiences

Functional knowledge of branding/marketing and ideally also recruiting

Expertise in project management and owning projects from inception through delivery

Background working in (or with, as a client) complex matrixed organizations, ideally in professional services

Sound analytical skills as well as hands-on operational capabilities

YOU\'LL WORK WITH

You will report to the Director of NAMR CT Talent Acquisition Director-Diversity, Associate, Marketing. You will work closely with the North America Regional and Office TA teams, as well as the Global TA, Global Social, NAMR marketing, and NAMR comms and PR teams.

COMPENSATION INFORMATION:

Total compensation for this role includes base salary, annual discretionary performance bonus, contributions to BCG\xe2\x80\x99s Profit Sharing and Retirement Fund (PSRF), and a market leading benefits package described below.

Some local governments in the United States require job postings to include a reasonable estimate of base compensation. We expect your total annualized compensation to be approximately the following:

  • In New York City the base salary is between $130,000- $158,000 (USD); placement within this range will vary based on experience and skill level
  • In San Francisco the base salary is between $134,000- $164,000 (USD); placement within this range will vary based on experience and skill level
  • In Los Angeles the base salary is between $127,000- $155,000 (USD); placement within this range will vary based on experience and skill level
  • In San Diego the base salary is between $126,000- $154,000 (USD); placement within this range will vary based on experience and skill level
  • In Seattle the base salary is between $127,000- $155,000 (USD); placement within this range will vary based on experience and skill level
  • In Denver the base salary is between $122,000- $150,000 (USD); placement within this range will vary based on experience and skill level
  • In other locations, competitive pay is commensurate with the role and geography
  • Annual discretionary performance bonus between 0-20%
  • 5% Profit Sharing Retirement Fund (PSRF) contribution, increasing to 10% after two years of service. Contributions are vested immediately and there is no waiting period
