The Opportunity Hyatt seeks an enthusiastic Senior Manager to join our World of Hyatt loyalty team. The Role The Senior Manager, Loyalty Inclusive Collection is responsible for effectively driving program goals and brand preference within the Inclusive Collection portfolio globally. Collaborating with the loyalty and commercial teams, the Senior Manager will develop and deliver tools, resources, and content to increase program contribution for this fast-growing segment of Hyatt\xe2\x80\x99s portfolio recognizing the unique needs of this operational model. Listening, strategic thinking, and cross-functional project management are critical to the success of this role.
  • Serve as a loyalty resource for Inclusive Collection \xe2\x80\x98single-point-of contact\xe2\x80\x99 for each operator/owner \xe2\x80\x93 driving loyalty compliance and adoption across key stakeholders. Representing a portfolio of +100 hotels globally.
  • Responsible for driving Inclusive Collection Enrollment Success Rate goals globally \xe2\x80\x93 championing the value of joining the program, simplistic tools, and operations engagement.
  • Collaborate across global loyalty functions to communicate new programs and updates to Inclusive Collection hotels and ensure consistency across channels (both owned/managed and franchise hotels).
  • Engages, inspires, and galvanizes the Inclusive Collection organization around loyalty program value through data-driven learning and sharing best practices.
  • Solicit feedback and uncover the needs of operators and hotel leadership - partnering with internal stakeholders to deliver more value & resources.
  • Partner across ALG teams to identify and support business opportunities designed to increase program value to members (i.e. UVC, AmStar, ALG Vacations).
  • Partner with Loyalty Analytics and BI team to develop data-driven approaches to measure behaviors that will lead to goal achievement.
  • Develop materials for executive leadership presentations (BOD, Owner\xe2\x80\x99s meetings, OAC newsletter, etc.) and represent the program in leadership discussions/ presentations.
  • Support Directors in all identified member initiatives across functional areas in the broader Inclusive Collection organization.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to Hyatt\xe2\x80\x99s core values and behaviors to build.
  • Opportunities to participate in Hyatt\xe2\x80\x99s Diversity & Inclusion activities.

Qualifications
Experience Required:
  • 6-8 years of management, marketing, and leadership experience
  • Proven analytical ability and critical thinking skills, comfort with basic Excel-based modeling.
  • Creative/innovative approach to problem-solving.
  • History of delivering results and implementing change
  • Proven ability to collaborate across a highly matrixed organization (relationship-building and leadership skills; ability to lead through influence rather than demands)
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with an ability to multi-task
  • Excellent communication skills - writing and presentation skills, experience communicating with senior executives a plus

Experience Preferred:
  • Fluent in both English and Spanish
  • Previous multiple hotel/brand experience a plus
