Position Summary...

What you\'ll do...

Senior Manager II, Business Strategy works in Walmart Health Patient Performance:

• The Walmart Health Patient Performance serves as a partner to Walmart Health Operations Performance role focused on managing aspects of engagement to support outcomes
• Experience in dental and medical operations within Walmart Health is highly preferred
• Experience in general operations and Walmart Health ways of working is preferred
• Ability to build project plans, prioritize low/high effort plans with low/high impact results
• Role will partner with Walmart Healthcare Support Center, Clinical Operations, CMIO Team, Data Team, AMO/Comms team, Finance, and more
• This role will coordinate step plans that are user tested and easy to understand to support closure of care gaps and completion of follow up appointments such as closing treatment plans
• Manage and organize illustrations for downstream flow of information alongside project plan timelines
• Coordinate and lead cross functional meetings
• Documents and tracks financial impact to execute activities\xe2\x80\x8b while ensuring all applicable stakeholders are aware and manages shifts in launches
• Creates routines and implementation plans alongside business optimization leaders
• Coordinates with home office stakeholders utilizing project management tools (Wrike), decks (PowerPoint), Trackers (Excel), and other related tools
• This role will work collaboratively cross functionally with all shared service partners building positive relationships focused on direction, alignment and commitment
• Coordinates meetings to provide education and training on various home office operations projects
• Presents to executive leadership on various frequencies around a variety of projects
• Other duties as assigned
