Your Role:
The Senior IT Project Manager is responsible for leading and overseeing complex, cross-functional IT projects from initiation to completion. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering high-priority technology initiatives on time and within budget, while ensuring alignment with business goals and compliance with company standards.
Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives.
Develop detailed project plans, including budgets, timelines, resources, and communications.
Lead project teams, including internal staff and third-party contractors or consultants.
Manage and mitigate project risks and issues, developing contingency plans as needed.
Monitor project progress, track milestones, and adjust plans to ensure successful completion.
Communicate project expectations, status, and issues to team members, stakeholders, and senior management.
Ensure quality control throughout the project lifecycle and adherence to company policies and legal regulations.
Present reports defining project progress, problems, and solutions to leadership.
Ensure project documentation is complete, current, and stored appropriately.
Mentor and provide guidance to junior project managers and team members.
Stay current with technology trends and project management methodologies.
What We're Looking For:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in IT roles, with at least 5 years managing complex IT projects.
Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.) and tools (MS Project, JIRA).
