Responsibilities

• Class begins Oct 30th - NO TIME OFF is permitted for the first 6 weeks of training.
• Backend - processsing role with minimal customer contact
• Processing claims with little or no information and must determine if an outbound call to the customer is needed
• Working through a queue in the internal system where you are investigating claims that customers have filed on their debit cards for fraudulent or unauthorized transactions
• Review to determine whether or not it is fraud and then make a sound decision on how to proceed based on details gathered and reviewed.
• Using various systems and screens to gather information, review and analyze information, and document findings they come across in making their decision.
