We are seeking a Senior Claims Representative for our League City, TX office, located in South Shore Harbor. In this position, you will investigate, evaluate, negotiate and handle the settlement of claims. If you are inquisitive and enjoy investigating the facts surrounding loss, arranging inspections and engaging with customers, experts and third parties, we encourage you to apply!
How you will make an impact:

• You will communicate with the beneficiaries, policyholders, servicing agents, Branch Offices and Inspection companies by phone and mail concerning claim issues, benefits and Company liability.
• You will investigate Life, Disability and Annuity claims and reach accurate decisions consistent with the facts developed and in compliance with State Fair Claims Handling rules and regulations.
• You will handle multiple lines of business with a moderate level of complexity.
• You will demonstrate an authority limit per claim basis for individual products.
• You will demonstrate the responsibility for investigating coverage issues and/or liability, as needed.
• You will confirm coverage and the facts of loss through the initial investigation.
• You will ensure compliance with state regulations and requirements.

If you have 2 or more years of insurance claims experience, the ability to work in a high volume, fast paced environment and meet deadlines, you are encouraged to apply.
