Job Description


The candidate will be responsible for reporting and analysis, forecasts and budgets, expense tracking, and ad hoc requests.

  • Oversee and lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting process, including full year operating and multi-year strategic plan creation
  • Lead process and timely completion of President\'s Monthly Performance Report
  • Scrutinizes monthly financial results and performs variance analysis versus plan and prior periods.
  • Supports month-end accounting closing activities and helps ensure that all reporting data properly loaded into Hyperion Financial Management System
  • Develops financial models to support corporate, operational, and sales initiatives
  • Creates and automates reports with high impact on organizational knowledge and decision-making
  • Tracks cost trends and facilitates understanding of departmental expenses
  • Participates in continuous improvement initiatives and pursues business process efficiencies

Path to Director/BU CFO|$1B Global and fast growing subsidiary of a multi-billion dollar parent org
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting or Finance
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in a similar role
  • Experience with a multi-national public company is highly preferred
  • Ability to sift through data. Familiarity with databases and/or database front-end query tools.
