Are you ready to help us make the future? Guide and coordinate the operational aspects of ongoing Customer & Product Support projects. You will lead coordinating efforts between project management and planning, project team, and line management. You will advise on projects, order management and process flow improvements. You will coordinate America\xe2\x80\x99s aftermarket efforts to meet productivity, quality, and customers satisfaction goals and objectives. Key Responsibilities Develop and deploy strategic projects to drive working capital improvements around order management holds and invoice dispute prevention Develop and lead customer experience improvement projects Lead cross functional project management efforts to improve customer experience Perform date analytics (SAP and SFDC) to enable business decisions to improve operational efficiency and improve customer experience YOU MUST HAVE Bachelor\'s degree 2+ years of experience in ISC, C&PS or Engineering experience WE VALUE Business process optimization Data Analytics Order Management experience A mastery of and/or recognized expert in (specific customer service domain) Excellent team and communication skills Being completely self-motivated An ability to influence diverse groups An ability to exercise independent judgment (Global / Multi-regional) experience
