About the Job:

Many financial services companies are at a crossroads - innovate or become obsolete. That\'s where we come in. As a Senior Content & Communications Strategist, you\'ll harness your expertise in clear, concise content and communications strategies to support our clients in communicating with both their employees and their customers. You\'ll use your strong writing, storytelling and strategic skills to develop carefully curated, clear, concise, and meaningful messaging strategies. You\'ll closely partner with change managers, learning and development SMEs, experience designers, and marketing strategists on cross-functional teams that help our clients accomplish their most challenging goals. We\'re looking for someone who\'s self-driven and motivated to understand employee and customer needs, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for their craft to help us generate captivating solutions for our clients.

What You\'ll Get to Do:

  • Evaluate and understand employee and customer needs for communication and content on various channels
  • Develop powerful content and communications strategies for top financial services brands
  • Create engaging content targeted to specific user groups to promote internal and external product and platform adoption
  • Review, iterate, edit, and coach others on various channel content to drive cohesive narratives across multiple user touchpoints
  • Partner with a teams of change managers and experience designers to unpack the conversation flow and navigation ideas for digital experiences
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders to understand business objectives, needs, and constraints while creating creative and thoughtful solutions
  • Support and manage content reviews and workshops with clients
  • Communicate complex content and design concepts clearly and persuasively across different audiences at varying levels
  • Substantiate your decisions to peers and senior-level executives alike
What You\'ll Bring with You:
  • 5+ years of varied writing experience writing such as journalism, internal communications, PR, web writing, copywriting, editorial, and/or UX writing
  • Expertise in writing brand-consistent content that meets project goals and addresses user needs
  • Exceptional organizational, storytelling, and brainstorming skills
  • A strong portfolio of work that drives content strategies and user goals through tactical writing
  • The ability to provide direction on multiple content workstreams and effectively deliver
  • Experience working in and an understanding of an Agile development environment
  • Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in English composition, communications, marketing public relations - or equivalent experience
  • Experience working with remote teams
