Millions of people of all ages use Notability everyday to capture and review information, bring ideas to life and go paperless. Notability is used by a strikingly wide spectrum of people, from kindergarteners learning to write, to medical students studying for their board exams, to industrial painters on site visits, to lawyers taking depositions. To offer just a few more examples, it\'s also used by artists, businesspeople, coaches, knitters, journalists, musicians, pastors, scientists, movie producers, and everyday people with big ideas. Your Role

Be the voice of Notability by engaging with our communities daily, develop strong relationships with users and influencers and share what you learn with the team to improve the product. In short, you will become a reliable brand ambassador, trusted by our growing community.

Your responsibilities

  • Engage customers across digital channels to increase brand loyalty and grow authentic connections with our audiences.
  • Listen, respond to comments, nurture online forums and communities, to help us connect with our customers, and yet-to-be customers, at a deeper level.
  • Seek influencers input, and develop relationships beneficial to Notability and our team.
  • Delight the Notability community by addressing problems, resolving them, and simply giving them a reliable, authentic person with whom to interact.
  • Find and engage with influencers of all sizes, with the goal to get them passionate, by collecting feedback and identifying pain points so we can better target development efforts to meet their needs.
  • Shape Notability\'s presence on established and emerging social channels to grow our audience, drive engagement and build brand awareness.
  • Identify and develop new communication channels like Discord or Slack, meetings with employees, sending surveys, etc.
  • As a community manager, all your messaging, content, and crisis management across networks should be prompt, consistent with our brand, and authentic, to create a loyal and delighted community.
  • Collaborate across the company to stay current and to learn what to communicate to our users.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our mission and values, our products, roadmaps, and history.

Qualifications

  • You love being authentic, and have excellent verbal and written skills.
  • You are curious and an empathetic problem solver.
  • You have 4+ years experience building on line communities, in customer support, or marketing.
  • You are social media savvy.
  • You are adaptable, and can maintain and control your emotions.
  • You have the ability to create content and to work with others to create it.
  • You have working knowledge of community management tools.

Remote Work This position will be in-office for 1-2 days per week with flexibility for remote work for the remainder of the time. Benefits
