Church Pension Group (CPG) is a financial firm located in Midtown Manhattan. CPG was founded in 1917 to provide pension benefits to eligible clergy of the Episcopal Church. Since then, its mission has expanded to include life and disability insurance, health benefits, property & casualty insurance, and publishing. The Engagement Strategy (ES) team supports CPG\'s business and corporate goals by deploying compelling marketing, education, and other engagement strategies that motivate our clients and empower our employees to take steps toward achieving their own goals, while deepening their affinity for CPG. The Senior Client Education Planner is responsible for related data management, resource and education design and development, and project management. The role requires collaboration with other subject matter experts and others at the strategic and tactical levels to ensure timely and accurate execution of requests. Effective performance of the essential functions of this position requires regular in-person, on-site interaction with colleagues, both for purposes of relationship building and meaningful collaboration.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Act as project manager for key client meetings including CPG and external Episcopal Church conferences
  • Supports the business-to-consumer (B2C) Director in the preliminary discovery phase to understand the issue and prioritize the response effort
  • Works closely with Director to engage with Events and BRM teams to ensure that the client experience is optimized for learning at events, conferences, and meetings
  • Analyze workflows:
    • Create, monitor, and report KPIs
    • Make recommendations for improvements
  • Participate in the analysis and design of CPG processes and systems
  • Foster relationships throughout CPG as well as with B2C clients
  • Work with Client Education leadership to prepare and monitor annual budget
  • Assists with the management of approved plans to completion
  • Respond to and troubleshoot client requests, issues, and questions
  • Document and map processes and procedures as required

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

  • BA\\BS or combination of education and experience
  • MBA/post graduate degree preferred
  • 10+ years relevant work experience

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Commuting to the office, on average, three days a week. Extensive use of a computer keyboard is a demand of the position to perform the essential functions of this job successfully. Salary Range: $90,500 - $117,600
