Role & Responsibility: As BA: Requirement collection Collaborate with IT teams. Requirements: 8+ Years experiences on support Good documentation skill
1. Excellent oral and written communication skills to work with multiple business teams located in USA and Prague
2. Good SQL skills to validate data
3. Merck Manufacturing domain knowledge
4. Experience in data sources like LIMS and LS research related data sources
5. Experience in Scrum ways of working
6. To analyze customer process need in implementation engagement and provide solution to meet business objective
7. To interact with the client and other functional teams for gaining understanding of the requirements
8. To train others and prepare and deliver presentations for knowledge sharing amongst different teams in the project
(1.) To participate and facilitate the walkthrough to brief the Functional Specification mapping to Business Requirements. (2.) To prepare the functional specification document and ensure for completeness and storage. (3.) To prepare and or or aid the preparation of test cases in line with functional requirements (4.) To understand the business requirements and map it to functional specifications. (5.) Suggest design solutions
