Lead the strategy and execution for marketing of our US seller engagement & community channels. This role will also support the planning & execution of seller engagement programs.

• Provide thought leadership for marketing strategy, cross-channel go-to-market plans
• Own the development of complete marketing plans (including media strategy, creative strategy, and learning agenda) and provide oversight for marketing execution (ie email, onsite, paid media, incentives and more)
• \xe2\x80\x8bverse of end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns, from campaign planning and execution to results and implications
• Partner with analytics to establish measurement methodologies and to inform partners on results, make data driven decisions for continuous improvement and identification of new opportunities
• Maintain good relationships with key partners across the Business Unit as well as internal and external cross-functional partners, engaging them at the appropriate points, communicating effectively with them, and managing their expectations and requirements.
• Lead the program management of seller engagement programs with timeline management (often for multiple workstreams), execution, debriefing, and looking at ways to scale and improve programs over time.

The pay range for this position at commencement of employment in California, Washington, or New York City is expected in the range below. $106,800 - $162,800

Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including location, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a target bonus and restricted stock units (as applicable) in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as PTO and parental leave). Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
