Job Summary

We are currently hiring a

Security Supervisor

to join our team in Redlands,CA. This role is ideal for a proven security professional with leadership experience who is dependable, professional, and customer-service driven.


As a Security Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing on-site security operations, leading Security Officers, and ensuring all post orders, policies, and safety standards are followed. You will serve as a key point of contact between officers, clients, and branch leadership while maintaining a safe and secure environment.

Essential Job Responsibilities

Supervise and support Security Officers during assigned shifts Ensure compliance with DSI policies, client requirements, and post instructions Maintain a safe and secure environment through visible leadership, patrols, and oversight Respond to and manage incidents, emergencies, and escalated situations Observe, report, and address safety hazards, suspicious activity, and security concerns Assist with training, coaching, and performance accountability of assigned personnel Complete incident reports, shift logs, and required documentation accurately and timely Serve as a professional representative of DSI with clients, visitors, and the public Participate in required training and ensure team compliance with DSI safety policies and manuals

Qualifications & Requirements

Must be at least 21 years of age High school diploma or equivalent (required) Previous security experience required Demonstrated supervisory or leadership experience required Valid state driver's license (required) Reliable transportation and consistent means of communication (required) Basic to intermediate computer proficiency required (report writing, scheduling, and electronic systems) Strong written and verbal communication skills required Ability to perform routine foot patrols, moderate lifting, and work in all weather conditions required Must successfully pass all required criminal background checks, motor vehicle screening, and drug screening

One of the following is required:

Prior military, law enforcement, or corrections experience

OR

A minimum of two (2) years of verifiable security supervisory experience

Monday-Friday 5:30 am - 1:30 pm
