We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented

Security Operations Manager

to lead and enhance our daily operations, ensuring that all security programs exceed performance expectations while maintaining the highest standards of safety, compliance, and client satisfaction.

Position Overview

The Security Operations Manager is a critical leadership role responsible for directing and optimizing all aspects of Nation Security's field operations. This includes managing security teams, implementing company policies, coordinating technology and emergency response efforts, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate is a strategic, proactive leader with a strong track record in security operations, team development, and client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Leadership

Develop, implement, and enforce company-wide security policies, procedures, and protocols. Oversee daily operations across multiple client sites to ensure consistency, efficiency, and service excellence.

Team Management

Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate security personnel to maintain peak performance and professionalism. Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Compliance & Quality Assurance

Ensure compliance with company standards, contractual obligations, and all applicable regulations. Conduct audits and site inspections to maintain operational excellence and adherence to best practices.

Risk Mitigation & Emergency Management

Identify potential security risks and implement effective mitigation strategies. Lead emergency response operations, manage surveillance and access control systems, and ensure rapid incident response.

Client & Stakeholder Relations

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, law enforcement, and emergency response agencies. Build strong relationships through proactive communication and consistent, high-quality service delivery.

Reporting & Analytics

Prepare and present reports on incidents, staffing, performance metrics, and operational trends. Utilize data-driven insights to improve efficiency, strengthen performance, and optimize resource allocation.

Technology & Innovation

Stay informed on emerging technologies and industry best practices. Recommend and implement innovative tools and systems to enhance safety, productivity, and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in security operations or management. Strong knowledge of modern security systems, risk management, and operational best practices. Proven leadership and team development experience. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities under pressure. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Professional certifications (e.g., CPP, PSP) preferred.
