Second Shift: Ground Transportation Dispatcher

Job Description
Exciting opportunity to work in a fast paced, rapidly growing business. The Dispatcher will serve as central coordinator for all activities for vehicles and dispatching chauffeurs to ensure efficient, timely transportation of clients in Kansas City and in other cities worldwide.

- Dispatch vehicles and chauffeurs strategically to save on fuel costs and minimal down time
- Answer phone calls and emails, handle accordingly
- Take Reservations (via phone or email) and enter into Client Profiles into livery software
- Assist with preparing vehicles, if needed
- Be a team player to support co-workers to achieve company objectives
- Perform other duties, as assigned task
- Attention to detail
- Assign Chauffeurs and Vehicles to each trip and confirm
- Good Customer Service and phone skills to take and enter reservation information into limousine software
- Quickly prioritize tasks in a fast paced work environment
