B.A.T.man Janitorial is accepting applications for part-time seasonal cleaners. We are looking for applicants who want to work anywhere between 2 to 4 days a week during our busy summer season, from late May to early September. This may include some weekend shifts, but everyone carries the load, so that no one must work every weekend. Most shifts start between 9:00 am and 11:00 am, and end between 3:00 pm and 5:00 pm. Hours will vary depending on the jobs. This position is seasonal, but could transition into year-round employment opportunities.
Our summers are extremely busy, so this position is a perfect fit for students looking for seasonal employment or for moms or dads who must work between kid drop-off and pick-up times. Most of our summer work involves vacation rentals and large summer homes in the Hayden Lake and Coeur D\xe2\x80\x99Alene Lake areas. Additionally, we do all types of residential and business cleaning, year round. We are an independently operated business. We have high standards, detailed methods, and are not a run through cleaning company. Qualified candidates will be expected to learn and use our cleaning methods. The company will provide all supplies and equipment, and we strive to use eco-friendly products as often as possible. This job is fast paced but thorough, and we expect all applicants will be willing to listen, learn, and work hard. Basic Qualifications: \xe2\x97\x8f You must be able to lift 40 lbs. to waist-height. \xe2\x97\x8f You must be able to stand, squat, walk, climb stairs, reach over your head, twist, and turn. This is a physical job! \xe2\x97\x8f You must have a valid driver\xe2\x80\x99s license, reliable transportation, and be at least 16 years old. \xe2\x97\x8f You must be able to pass a criminal background check. If you cannot, you will be asked why. \xe2\x97\x8f You must have a means of communication, preferably a mobile phone. Additional Qualifications: \xe2\x97\x8f Previous cleaning and hospitality experience is not necessary but is a welcome addition. \xe2\x97\x8f Willingness to learn and adapt to new things. \xe2\x97\x8f Ability to listen and follow instructions, as well as give instructions if required. \xe2\x97\x8f Ability to function both independently and as part of a team. \xe2\x97\x8f Willing to communicate concerns and problems, as well as accept criticism. \xe2\x97\x8f Ability to be flexible with time when required.
