Responsibilities:

• Develop high-profile digital and print marketing design projects with national visibility
• Act as a creative consultant and provide art direction to develop innovative and creative solutions that support firm\xe2\x80\x99s visual brand strategy
• Direct high-level creative art and conceptual design projects from concept through production, including the coordination of other design support resources
• Work includes marketing and communication collateral with digital and print deliverables
• Apply design and production knowledge, exercising independent judgment and apply firm branding standards to complete assignments
• Collaborate with executive level customers and marketers to establish design and delivery expectations for large and complex projects

Qualifications:

• Minimum seven years of recent experience in graphic design
• Bachelor\'s degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent work experience
• Solid experience in Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft Office Suite applications including PowerPoint and Word
• Strong eye for photography, photo research, image selection, and Photoshop
• Experience with both digital, interactive, and print design
• Knowledge of UX/UI design
