Job Overview
As a
Seasonal Crew Member
at Crust Club, you'll be part of the team that brings our busiest (and most delicious) season to life! You'll be cross-trained in sales, prep, and assembly to help keep our store running smoothly and our guests satisfied during the holidays.
Whether you're greeting guests, assembling our handmade savory and sweet pies, or prepping ingredients in the kitchen, you'll play an essential role in delivering quality and care with every shift. We're looking for dependable, detail-oriented team players who thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working with food and people.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service & Sales
Greet every customer with a warm, friendly "Welcome to Crust Club!"
Accurately enter orders through the POS system (including drive-thru)
Answer basic menu questions and refer to FAQ or leadership as needed
Enroll customers in our loyalty program and process gift cards or multiple payment types
Resolve minor customer concerns and escalate larger issues appropriately
Keep sales areas clean, organized, and stocked
Follow all cleaning and closing checklists
Order Fulfillment
Use the KDS screen to fulfill orders quickly and accurately
Identify all product types and modifications (hot/cold, oven-ready, pie pockets, etc.)
Double-check each order for accuracy before handing it to the customer
Maintain product rotation (FIFO) and proper labeling
Assembly
Follow daily production standards and assembly guides
Scoop, fill, top, and crimp products with attention to portion size and presentation
Operate and clean commercial kitchen equipment safely (Merrychef, Pie Master, etc.)
Monitor baking quality and oven timing
Keep workspaces clean and sanitized
Prep & Kitchen Support
Prepare sauces, fillings, and baked items using kitchen tools like induction burners and combi ovens
Follow a prep menu based on inventory and par levels
Label and store prepped items properly, ensuring FIFO is followed
Communicate with team members to keep prep, assembly, and sales aligned
Follow all food safety, cleanliness, and kitchen protocols
Teamwork & Communication
Support coworkers across departments to meet daily goals
Communicate clearly and respectfully with all team members
Take direction and be willing to help wherever needed to keep the store running smoothly
Required Qualifications
Must be 18 years or older
Strong attention to detail and quality
Friendly, positive, and team-oriented attitude
Comfortable standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 lbs
Willingness to follow all procedures and safety guidelines
Reliable and able to work a flexible schedule through the holiday season
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience in food service, retail, or customer service
Familiarity with drive-thru or quick-service environments

Shifts may include
daytime, evening, or weekend hours
depending on store needs. Saturdays & Sundays are required.
