This is a seasonal position from mid-January 2025 to mid-April 2025. This role will include overtime hours and Saturdays 9am-12pm.
We are seeking a self-motivated, organized, and responsible Administrative Assistant for tax season 2025! In this temporary full-time position, you will be performing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks daily. Multi-tasking and excellent customer service skills are a must! The Administrative Assistant is responsible for answering phone calls, intake of client documents, scanning and compiling of tax returns and other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Proficient computer skills.
Highly organized multi-tasker.
Retrieve and distribute messages from the answering service promptly.
Must be able to adapt to different tasks easily as each day can and will change based on that day's needs.
Excellent written & verbal communication skills as this person will be the "first face" customers will have contact with.
Self-directed & able to work without supervision.
Time managements skills.
Clear communication skills.
