We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Seamstress to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in sewing and garment construction, with a strong ability to fabricate high-quality products. This role requires proficiency in operating sewing machines and a keen eye for detail to ensure that all finished items meet our quality standards.

Responsibilities

Operate various types of sewing machines to construct garments and other fabric items. Perform furniture construction tasks, including cutting, sewing, and finishing techniques. Inspect finished products for quality assurance, ensuring they meet specifications and standards. Collaborate with team members to understand project requirements and timelines. Maintain a clean and organized work area within the warehouse environment. Fabricate custom pieces as needed, adapting to different styles and designs. Troubleshoot any issues with machinery or materials during the sewing process.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Seamstress or in a similar role within garment construction. Proficiency in operating sewing machines and understanding various stitching techniques. Strong attention to detail with an ability to produce high-quality work consistently. Familiarity with fabric types and their respective handling requirements. Ability to work effectively in a warehouse setting, managing time efficiently to meet deadlines. Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with others on projects.
