Portland Mattress Makers is growing and we're looking to add a full or part-time Seamstress to our team. If you have experience in industrial sewing and are a hard-working, team player we'd love to hear from you.

1 year of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience Required to read and speak English Dependable, punctual, and a team-oriented attitude Frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds Frequently required to use up-close vision, sit, stand, walk; use hands and reach with hands Physical surroundings require exposure to elements such as moderate noise level, heat, cold, dust, vibration and machinery Occasionally required to climb; stoop, kneel or crouch Frequently exposed to work near moving mechanical parts
Starting pay: $19.00-$22.00/hour

Full or part-time position Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm Weekly pay, every Thursday Paid Time Off: 10 days in your first year, increasing to 15 days in your second year 7 paid holidays annually Medical and Dental Insurance Options available starting the 1st of the month after just 30 days of full-time employment - with 60% of your medical premium covered by the company 100% Company-paid Short-Term Disability with a $25,000 Life Insurance Policy after 90 days 401(k) with a 4% company match after 90 days of employment $750 sign-on bonus!
