TDMK Digital is a User Experience and Software Development company providing product strategy and next-generation mobile and cloud software solutions to innovative federal government agencies. TDMK Digital is looking for a qualified Scrum Master to join our team to support one of our federal contracts. This job is 100% Remote.
Act as an enabler for the effective functioning of a software development team using Agile Methodology. Is also a custodian for the Agile process and ensures all scrum processes are used as intended. Protects the team, removes barriers to successful implementation, and keeps them focused on the task at hand. Helps the Product Owner maximize productivity. Maintain the backlog and release plans, publish reports to ensure the product owner is updated about the teams progress.
The Scrum Master/Business Analyst will serve as a dedicated team member who has the primary responsibility to support their self-organizing, self-managing team successfully achieve their daily, iteration, and release goals and delivery objectives. \xef\x82\xa7 Contributes to an atmosphere of cross-functional teamwork within the organizations Agile project life cycle
\xef\x82\xa7 Demonstrated experience with Agile development methodologies and processes on actual project/program engagements
\xef\x82\xa7 Agile Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) experience
\xef\x82\xa7 Works with their team(s) to meet established Sprint and Release goals through primary responsibilities of eliminating impediments, facilitating and training on agile processes, and leading continuous improvement efforts within their team
\xef\x82\xa7 Facilitates preparation and leading of agile process events including agile planning, demo/Sprint review and collaborative / design sessions Uses agile estimation techniques to help the team and program estimate features, epics, and user stories
\xef\x82\xa7 Conduct daily stand-up meetings, planning and review sessions, prioritize tasks and mitigate road blocks
\xef\x82\xa7 Strong writing and communication
