Aston Carter is hiring for a Scheduling Specialist in Indianapolis, IN

Pay: $16/hr

Hours: M-F 8am-5pm

will go remote after training

Description:

• Accountable for scheduling patients appointments
• Follows and reinforces all policies for scheduling
• Communicates information for each scheduled appointment
• Works under pressure to meet deadlines while maintaining a high degree of quality
• Must have the ability to communicate effectively and efficiently with patients, peers and superiors on a daily basis

Additional Qualifications:

• 2+ years of recent call center experience
• Attention to detail with data entry
• Ability to communicate effectively and efficiently with patients, peers and superiors on a daily basis
• Ability to think quickly and react professionally
• Empathy skills
• Covid Vaccine is required due to working with a healthcare company
