Position Highlights:

- Remote after training period!
- Responsible for the skip tracing and collection of delinquent patient accounts using professional telephone collection techniques and utilizing the most technologically advanced systems, including predictive dialing equipment
- High school diploma or GED is required
- Minimum of two (2) years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in collections or skip tracing preferred
- Minimum of one (1) year of customer contact experience in a call center environment preferred.
- Third party collections experience is preferred.
- Late stage and/or Legal collections experience is preferred.
- Varied Shifts, 80 hours per pay period
- Monday-Thursday 8:00am-5:30pm, Friday 8:00am-12:00pm; 80hrs/2wks
- $20.50 - $25.75 per hour
