Angelic Hearts Home Care LLC is seeking a highly organized and dependable
Scheduler & Office Administrator
to support daily operations at our private home care agency. This role is critical to ensuring proper caregiver scheduling, client satisfaction, and compliance with Georgia Department of Community Health (DCH) requirements.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, professional, and experienced in home care or healthcare office administration.
Key Responsibilities
Create, manage, and maintain
caregiver schedules
for clients
Ensure all shifts are filled and manage
call-outs, replacements, and coverage
Communicate with caregivers and clients regarding schedules and changes
Maintain accurate
client and caregiver files
in compliance with DCH rules
Track caregiver credentials (background checks, training, TB, CPR, etc.)
Answer phones, respond to emails, and provide excellent customer service
Assist with onboarding new caregivers
Maintain office organization and documentation
Support management with reports, audits, and compliance preparation
Use scheduling and payroll systems (training provided if needed)
Qualifications
Previous experience in
home care, healthcare scheduling, or medical office administration preferred
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with computers, email, and office software
Experience with home care software (AxisCare, CareSmartz360, or similar)

Reliable attendance and professional demeanor
Work Schedule
Monday-Friday
Occassional On Call (nights and weekends)
