Bedford\'s most trusted and experienced health & rehab center is seeking an experienced clinical staff scheduler for nurses and CNAs. This is a full time position with excellent pay and benefits. Ideal candidates will have experience in long term care staff scheduling, must be highly motivated, extremely organized and not easily distracted! QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Prior scheduling experience.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Computer skills including but not limited to MS Office, MS Excel
  • Basic medical terminology.
  • Experience as a Nurse or QMA/CNA
  • Interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
  • Maturity and ability to deal effectively with the demands of the job.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Creates and maintains staff schedules.
  • Conducts new employee CNA orientation/charting training
  • Provides oversight of CNA\'s.
  • Ensure staffing, training, compliance reporting and quality assurance requirements are met.
  • Helps maintains staff
  • Helps maintains staff statistics, and reports.
  • Maintains call \xe2\x80\x93 in and retention report.
  • Performs general office duties
Job Type: Full-time Pay: $41,600.00 - $47,000.00 per year Benefits:

Experience:
  • scheduling: 1 year (Preferred)
