Bedford\'s most trusted and experienced health & rehab center is seeking an experienced clinical staff scheduler for nurses and CNAs. This is a full time position with excellent pay and benefits. Ideal candidates will have experience in long term care staff scheduling, must be highly motivated, extremely organized and not easily distracted! QUALIFICATIONS:
- Prior scheduling experience.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Computer skills including but not limited to MS Office, MS Excel
- Basic medical terminology.
- Experience as a Nurse or QMA/CNA
- Interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
- Maturity and ability to deal effectively with the demands of the job.
- Creates and maintains staff schedules.
- Conducts new employee CNA orientation/charting training
- Provides oversight of CNA\'s.
- Ensure staffing, training, compliance reporting and quality assurance requirements are met.
- Helps maintains staff
- Helps maintains staff statistics, and reports.
- Maintains call \xe2\x80\x93 in and retention report.
- Performs general office duties
