Summary: Operate the truck scale system to ticket customer trucks. Set up trucks with the correct billing and job information as needed. Assist other office staff with administrative tasks, answering phones, entering payroll, accounts payable, electric use, fuel use, and other daily job cost items into the enterprise accounting system. Responsibilities:

• Operate scale system
• Communicate with and direct trucks in the quarry yard as needed
• Answer phones
• Enter payroll daily
• Process invoices for payment as needed
• Enter job cost components (fuel use, electric use, etc.) daily
• Various administrative and office duties when needed

Requirements:

• Safety conscious, self-motivated, proficient communication skills, long-term career goals, exceptional work ethic
• Computer literate, familiar with Word, Excel, Outlook,
• Able to communicate professionally with customers
• Able to learn the phone system and answer phones
• Attention to detail
• Professional appearance and the ability to adhere to a business casual dress code.
• The ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen
• Experience dealing with customers and handling money

Physical Demands: This position requires walking, standing and sitting.
