Randstad Federal is seeking an SAP CO Analyst in support of a program at Navy.

Overview:

This position shall provide sustainment/integration support across Navy ERP. This position will work directly with end users and Tier 3 to resolve production issues. This includes end user support inclusive of logging, updating, monitoring, resolving, and forwarding trouble tickets in NHDSM. The individual will assess the impact to supported commands and overall soundness of design for any modifications to Navy ERP Functional Design Requirement Specifications. The individual will create and maintain training materials such as user guides, cheat sheets, quick reference guides, and simulations. The individual shall participate in Navy ERP wide workshops and meetings related to module and/or business area and facilitate working groups within the module. The individual shall support government personnel to log and monitor system defects as well as assess organizational impact of defects. The individual will assist with the prioritization of work to address defects including testing in support of system changes, monitoring interfaces associated with functional module and business reengineering efforts.

Desired experience also includes designing/ configuring/ supporting business processes in SAP FI-CO to include:

Familiarity with GPR/CATA postings including unallocated and undistributed labor

Ability to analyze costs in ERP (CJI3, KB15N)

Create master data for cost centers and labor postings

Experience with Defense Daily Expenditure File (DDEF) analysis and corrections

Ability to analyze issues with purchase orders

Experience handling month and year end close activities

Master data entries (10 table)

Familiarity with Defense Departmental Reporting System (DDRS), Defense Cash Accounting System (DCAS), Government Purchase Card, Defense Travel System (DTS)

Trial balance analysis, abnormal balance, treasury tie points

Maintain incidents and tasks within Ivanti Service Manager - National Help Desk Service Management (NHDSM)

Testing of QCI\'s within Application Lifecycle Management / Quality Center (QC)

-DoD experience required

Required Skills:

• Four (4) or more years of SAP experience. Possesses Subject Matter Expert (SME) experience in one or more functional/module area. Knowledge of and experience with DoD Requires strong organization and communication skills. Possesses and applies a comprehensive knowledge across key tasks and high impact assignments.

• Experience in software development lifecycle surrounding requirements gathering, analysis, test (functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance), implementation, and post production support of standard and custom business solutions supporting SAP CO module (in a Tier 2 environment) is preferred.

• 3+ years SAP CO experience is required.

• Minimum Education: Bachelors Degree in a recognized technical, engineering, scientific, managerial, business, or other discipline related to area of expertise. An additional four (4) years of relevant experience may be substituted for the Bachelors Degree.

• DoD clearance required (must be clearable)

Job Duties:

• Provide CO expertise to confirm/develop business requirements definition;

• Provide configuration, data migration, interface, and functional support as necessary;

• Develop and maintain systems documentation including business process procedures, functional design specifications, process flows, and test cases;

• Support development of training work products and respond to trainer questions;

• Define user authorization requirements;

• Provide help desk support, assisting and resolving end user support problems, resolving CO defects (\'break/fix\'), analyzing proposed improvements or changes to the Navy ERP CO solution and system;

• Prepare/conduct briefings, demos or training sessions as needed.

Preferred Skills:

- 3+ years CO experience

- Experience in post go-live production support and break/fix

- Focus on customer service and responsiveness, with sound customer handling skills

- Federal DoD experience - Navy ERP experience preferred
