A day in the life.

As our Salesforce Administrator on the Systems Administration team, you\xe2\x80\x99ll configure, design, ensure functionality, and provide end-user support for the Salesforce platform. You will gain and leverage a solid understanding of the business needs and processes. This candidate will be under the guidance of the Salesforce Admin Lead, manage Salesforce security including roles, profiles, sharing rules, and groups. This role will work with a small team of administrators to maintain and customize Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud applicants. Our Salesforce Administrator will manage operational and reporting requests including customer analysis and issue troubleshooting. You will work with the Salesforce team to help interpret business requirements to propose solutions, provide estimates and execute effectively.

We\xe2\x80\x99d love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills:

  • 2+ years of enterprise-level experience implementing, configuring and administering Salesforce
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator certification
  • Solid understanding of both functional and technical aspects of Salesforce.
  • Experience working in Sales Cloud. Experience with Experience Cloud is highly preferred, as is experience working with Salesforce in a financial service setting.
  • Experience with Lightning interface.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English
  • Experience working with AppExchange vendor products.
  • Experience with regular day-to-day deployments.
These additional qualifications are a plus, but not required to apply:
  • Additional Salesforce Certifications - Advanced Admin, Platform App Builder, and the Consultant certifications
  • Experience with Salesforce DevOps using tools like Flosum, Copado, GearSet, etc.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment and be creative within a team.
  • Knowledge of Apex, triggers and other dev concepts would be a plus
  • Communicate, translate, and simplify business requirements to ensure buy-in from all stakeholders
Legal work authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent and ongoing basis without the need for sponsorship now or in the future.

The applicable base salary range for this role is $46,080 to $80,640. The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives. We are excited to offer a competitive total rewards package which includes health and welfare benefits, tuition assistance, 401K savings and other wellbeing programs as well as employee assistance programs.
