Job Description

The Sales Operations Specialists are responsible for managing the Sales Order processing from the point of Sales Order submission through order fulfillment and final Sales Invoice. This includes but is not limited to reviewing Sales Orders for completeness and accuracy, communicating issues with Sales Rep, creating complete and accurate Order Pick Sheets, creating complete and accurate METRC Manifests and Sales Invoices.

The Sales Operations Specialists work closely with, and help support, the Order Fulfillment team as well as the Distribution and Customer Service teams.As a Retail Inventory Specialist, you will perform detailed receiving, auditing, replenishing and destruction procedures as outlined by company policy and state regulation. In addition, the Inventory Specialist will maintain the physical organization of all product in a manner that will provide optimal efficiency and accountability within the dispensary.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Open and build pending sales orders from Leaflink over to NAV
• Communicate any sales orders changes/issues to the assigned sales reps
• Associate METRC Tags with outgoing orders
• Print accurate order pick sheets for order fulfillment to package the orders
• Email sales confirmations to the assigned sales rep prior to invoicing
• Log all created order onto the delivery schedule for route planning
• Creating METRC Manifests for each shipment
• Creating Sales Invoices
• Generating Boulder Bounce Back Forms for all outgoing deliveries
• Schedule drivers and third-party couriers via route planning software
• Stage outgoing packages for delivery

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

• Standard 40-hour workweek applies
• Office Setting
• Moderate physical activity such as walking and lifting is required on a daily basis (able to lift at least 50 pounds, ableto sit for long periods of time

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, & OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

• College graduate preferred
• 5+ years working experience
• Must be able to maintain MED badge
• Must have reliable form of transportation
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.

Salary $18 - $20 USD per hour
