Job Summary:
The Sales Representative at the DELLA Auto Group is responsible for generating and increasing sales revenue for the company. This individual will work closely with the sales team and management to achieve sales targets and provide outstanding customer service. The successful candidate will receive comprehensive training and have the opportunity for career growth within the company.

Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
Conduct sales transactions efficiently and accurately
Build and maintain relationships with customers to promote repeat business
Conduct product demonstrations and provide product knowledge to customers
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
Attend sales training and meetings as required
Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay updated on industry trends
Follow company policies and procedures at all times
Provide outstanding customer service
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent, post-secondary education preferred
Previous sales experience is a plus, but not required
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment
Proficient computer skills
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
