Job Summary and Responsibilities:



Project Coordinators are the hub of the team that brings to life the creative vision of our customer. Project Coordinators facilitate all phases of the door and millwork project by communicating with the customer and project team members, ensuring design decisions are made in a timely manner, monitoring the progress of each team member's assigned tasks, and working with the team to identify problems early and resolve them quickly and effectively.

Compensation:

$50,000 Base Salary + $10,000- $35,000 Commission



Required Competencies:



Organization:

Ability to sort and arrange the various tasks required to complete a project.

Written Communication:

Clearly convey project details and priorities to customers and team members through email and other project documents.

Verbal Communication:

Listen closely and speak with clarity and confidence to customers and team members in person and via phone or video calls.

Problem-solving:

Collaborate with other team members to find solutions to complex or difficult issues.

Math Skills:

Ability to work with numeric operations specifically addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division. Work with whole numbers, fractions, and decimals.

Preferred Competencies:



Construction Knowledge:

Basic understanding of the construction process and terminology.

Project Coordination

: Manage all the details and due dates to facilitate the completion of the job on time.

Customer Service

: Assist customers in a clear and courteous manner.

Things You Will Learn On The Job:



QuickBooks All about doors and millwork Construction terminology and process

Example Activities:



Enter specifications for each job product into configurator and accounting software Create list of project tasks and due dates, review on daily basis and modify as necessary Answer questions from customers and team members regarding project details and status Prepare project documents to provide specifications and instructions to CAD, Manufacturing, Delivery, Install and Accounting departments. Visit new construction job sites to verify measurements and site readiness.
