What We're Looking For



We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive

Sales Operations Coordinator

to support TerraMai's sales organization by maintaining data accuracy, streamlining processes, and providing reporting and administrative support to leadership. This is a hands-on role that ensures our sales systems, tools, and workflows run smoothly, helping our team sell more effectively and efficiently.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys organization, process improvement, and working behind the scenes to keep a high-performing team aligned and informed. You'll work directly with the CEO, who also serves as TerraMai's Head of Sales, to manage sales operations and provide visibility into key performance metrics.

This position is based at our headquarters in Southern Oregon. Remote applicants need not apply.

About the Role



The

Sales Operations Coordinator

plays a critical role in supporting TerraMai's sales function by maintaining clean data, accurate reporting, and streamlined processes across the organization. You'll help ensure sales performance is visible, opportunities are tracked, and the team is fully enabled to succeed.

You will manage the CRM, prepare performance reports, assist with forecasting, and coordinate communication between sales, marketing, and operations teams. Your work will directly support TerraMai's continued growth by turning data into actionable insights and keeping our sales engine running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities



CRM & Data Management:

Maintain data integrity across customer, quote, and project records; monitor lead routing, follow-up activity, and pipeline updates in the CRM.

Reporting & Analytics:

Prepare weekly and monthly sales performance reports and dashboards; track key metrics including quotes, sample requests, revenue, and pipeline health.

Sales Process Support:

Assist with quoting coordination, lead tracking, and handoffs between sales, estimating, and operations. Document and refine processes to improve efficiency and consistency.

Forecasting & Planning:

Support the CEO in compiling data for quarterly forecasts, territory reviews, and performance analysis.

Sales Enablement:

Maintain sales collateral and ensure up-to-date materials are accessible. Track sample inventory and coordinate shipments for key accounts.

Cross-Team Coordination:

Partner with marketing on campaign tracking, and with operations to ensure smooth transitions from quote to order fulfillment.

Qualifications



1-3 years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Support, or a similar role Strong organizational and analytical skills with high attention to detail Proficiency with spreadsheets and CRM systems preferably Salesforce Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and grow

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
