What You'll Do



Source and quote industrial products from multiple vendor websites and catalogs Communicate with customers and vendors to confirm availability and lead times Track orders and ensure accurate, timely fulfillment Support the outside sales team with customer needs and follow-ups Build product and vendor knowledge over time Take ownership of accuracy, follow-through, and customer satisfaction

Who You Are



Driven, resourceful, and detail-oriented Comfortable researching products online and learning new tools Clear and professional communicator Able to stay organized and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment Eager to learn the industrial world (no prior industry experience required)

Preferred but Not Required



Familiarity with industrial supplies / tools and manufacturing Experience in inside sales, purchasing, or customer support Success in roles where accuracy and follow-up were essential

Base Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
