We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Representative to join our team. This role involves developing new business opportunities, managing current client lists, and expanding our market presence through networking and strategic sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in outside sales, B2B sales, and territory management, with a focus on building lasting customer relationships and driving revenue growth across both print and digital platforms. Responsibilities
Manage and grow existing client accounts by providing exceptional customer service and tailored solutions
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and lead generation activities
Develop and execute territory management plans to maximize market coverage and sales effectiveness
Utilize CRM software to track leads, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales data
Build and negotiate marketing plans with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements
Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns that support lead generation and brand awareness
Upsell additional products or services to existing customers to increase account value
Maintain a thorough understanding of industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies relevant to our offerings
Provide feedback from clients to inform product development and marketing strategies
Skills
Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or territory management with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent customer service abilities
Proficiency in CRM software for managing sales pipelines and customer data
Strong and effective communication skills for phone, email, face-to-face meetings, and virtual presentations
Business development expertise with the ability to generate new leads through cold calling and networking efforts
Analytical skills to assess market data, identify opportunities, and develop strategic plans
Knowledge of marketing principles to support integrated sales campaigns
Experience in retail sales or technology sales is a plus
