What You'll Do:
Lead and manage the in-house sales team Track KPIs, coach reps, and enforce daily accountability Jump in on sales calls and high-value leads when needed Collaborate with marketing to convert inbound opportunities Train and develop new team members Help streamline and improve sales systems Foster a culture of
professionalism, positivity, and productivity
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience leading or managing a sales team Knowledge of CRM tools (Jobber or similar a plus) Local to Syracuse, NY (this is a 100% in-person role) Weekend availability (some Saturdays) Reliable transportation and strong organizational habits Home service or trade experience preferred, but not required
