\xc2\xa7 Supporting and helping build successful agents \xc2\xa7 Generating client leads to buy, sell, and rent a property \xc2\xa7 Managing a sales team and providing leadership, training, and coaching \xc2\xa7 Recruiting agents to the brokerage to increase size and sales \xc2\xa7 Responding to agent questions on contracts, negotiations, strategies, and goal planning \xc2\xa7 Showing properties to potential buyers \xc2\xa7 Setting individual sales targets with the sales team \xc2\xa7 Meeting with clients and maintaining client relationships \xc2\xa7 Tracking, collecting, and interpreting sales figures and reporting \xc2\xa7 Ensuring every member of the sales team has the necessary resources to perform properly \xc2\xa7 on real estate industry Staying informed Requirements:
- Graduation degree in business administration or a related field
- Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
- Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- Strong business sense and industry expertise
- Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
