The Mission
Deliver
15% year-over-year revenue growth
for the next 3-5 years while building a repeatable, high-performance sales process and a winning team culture.
What You'll Own
Top-Line Growth:
Hit (and exceed) 15% annual sales increase across stoves, fireplaces, grills, and spas.
Sales Process Creation:
Design, document, and train a consultative sales playbook that shortens close cycles and lifts average ticket 10-15%.
Team Building & Culture:
Recruit, coach, and retain 3-4 A-player sales reps. Instill accountability, celebration, and continuous improvement.
Showroom Experience:
Partner with marketing and ops to keep the floor buzzing--live demos, events, and irresistible displays.
CRM & Metrics:
Net Suite (or similar); track KPIs daily--lead velocity, close rate, margin, customer NPS.
Local Market Dominance:
Deepen builder, designer, and remodeler relationships; lock in exclusive partnerships.
What You Bring
5+ years retail or specialty sales leadership with
proven 15%+ YoY growth
in a $3M-$10M operation.
Experience
building sales playbooks from scratch
and rolling them out to teams.
Track record of
hiring and developing reps
who outperform quotas.
Data-driven: you live in the numbers and can teach others to do the same.
High-energy, competitive, and genuinely passionate about home comfort products.
Clean driving record; able to work weekends and peak seasons.
