About Us

Lifotek Systems LLC (U.S.) is the Dallas-based subsidiary of a parent company with 11+ years of IT and system integration experience. We provide high-quality integration services: video surveillance, AV / conference systems, structured cabling, large-display systems, and data center / server room installs.

Base Salary:

$45,000 - $55,000 per year

Commission:

5% of gross profit from each closed project

On-Target Earnings (OTE):

$80,000 - $120,000+ with performance

Responsibilities:

Develop new business opportunities (B2B)

Manage customer accounts, proposals, and quotations

Work with PM and engineers to create project solutions

Attend client meetings, walk-throughs, and bid sessions

Build relationships with builders, GCs, and commercial clients

Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets

Requirements:

3-5 years of sales experience (Technical/ICT preferred)

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Ability to work independently and meet targets

Valid driver's license

Bilingual ability is a plus
