Job Title: Sales Manager

Location: Statewide Travel Required

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Building Analyst (or equivalent experience and training) to conduct property inspections, analyze building conditions, and support the development of residential and multi?family projects statewide. This role works closely with Housing Authority Directors, property owners, and other key stakeholders to identify opportunities, assess building needs, and support program growth and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct on?site building inspections for single?family and multi?family properties Analyze building systems, energy efficiency, and overall project eligibility Meet directly with Housing Authority Directors and senior leadership to review findings and discuss project opportunities Serve as a technical and professional representative with housing authorities, property owners, and stakeholders Identify new project opportunities through inspections, meetings, and market research Prepare inspection reports, recommendations, and supporting documentation Coordinate with internal teams to transition inspected properties into active projects Support program growth by improving outreach, inspection processes, and project conversion Track inspection data, findings, and progress using reports and spreadsheets Travel statewide as required to support inspections and meetings
Qualifications:

Experience as a Building Analyst, Inspector, Energy Auditor, or similar role Strong understanding of residential and multi?family buildings Experience working with Housing Authorities or public sector organizations preferred Ability to communicate technical findings to high?level decision makers Strong organizational, reporting, and analytical skills Comfortable working independently in the field Proficiency with inspection tools, reporting software, and spreadsheets
Work Environment:

Field?based role with significant statewide travel Combination of site inspections, meetings, and remote administrative work
Pay: From $150,000.00 per year
