Casetta Group is hiring an experienced Sales Manager! Come and be part of a growing team and family! Overview: The National Sales Manager is responsible for creating group revenue for Casetta Group portfolio wide by generating new, referred and repeat group business. The National Sales Manager will be highly focused on all Southern California properties with a cross selling goal of properties not located within the Southern California region, as well as properties in development. Casetta Group: Casetta, meaning \xe2\x80\x9clittle house or lodge\xe2\x80\x9d in Italian, is a brand and management hospitality group specializing in elevating boutique properties and motels. Seeking buildings with a story, Casetta creates timeless, thoughtful lodging that highlights design and service. Our collection of unique properties are rooted in history; we work to preserve the integrity and charm of their original structure with renovations, an attention to detail, community immersion, artist collaborations, and an emphasis on sustainability. Casetta hotels are designed to allow our guests to unwind, enjoy and sink into vacation. Primary sales efforts are focused on group opportunities and include prospecting, qualifying incoming business leads, negotiating, contracting and planning. Duties also include facilitating communication before, during and post events/meetings with pertinent hotel staff to ensure a high level of service. Manage group sales accounts with 5+ rooms across all Casetta properties as well as a responsibility to potentially sell house memberships for the Casetta Club at Hotel Lucile. Role in detail: The National Sales Manager creates group revenue for the hotel by generating and/or developing new, referred, and repeat group business. This role will work remote in Los Angeles until Hotel Lucile opens in Silverlake, and then the role will work from property as well as traveling throughout market. \xe2\x80\xa2Fully develop the Group Market Segment through the solicitation of new profitable group business and the re-booking of current group business

  • Respond to inquiries in a timely manner
  • Achieve monthly room night goals; develop and implement sales action plans; maintain positive interdepartmental communications; and complete special projects as assigned by the Director of Sales & Marketing.
\xe2\x80\xa2Adhere to all various written mandatory standards of operations, policies and procedures, manuals, memos, oral instructions, etc., all of which go to make up the essential functions of the job \xe2\x80\xa2Meet or exceed weekly, quarterly and annual sales goals, targets and initiatives \xe2\x80\xa2Develop, actively solicit, and map group business accounts per defined territory \xe2\x80\xa2Maintain a complete database of accounts in defined territories \xe2\x80\xa2Identify and qualify potential prospects through participation in tradeshows, sales blitzes and other sales initiatives \xe2\x80\xa2Maximize outcome of all sales initiatives by following up on leads, following up with clients in-house to identify additional business opportunities and aggressively managing accounts
  • Perform in a manner that demonstrates a professional manner to clients and potential clients at every opportunity
  • Maintain customer relations, trade relations, industry relations and staff relations to the Hotel\xe2\x80\x99s benefit
  • Promote all Casetta properties and offer information to clients to cross sell the brand, as well and promote other memberships and relationships available for members at participating resorts
  • Work closely with all departments such as Sales & Events Manager, Director of Operations, Hotel General Managers, Chief of Staff, and Revenue Management departments to ensure that all details are communicated to ensure a successful meeting experience
  • Participate in all sales meetings and business reviews
  • Submit SMART Plans & Development Goals as well as Market Place Action Plans quarterly
  • Participate in development training
Minimum Requirements:
  • Three years of sales / sales coordinator role with one year directly focused in hospitality.
Job Type: Part-time Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year Benefits:
