What You'll Do
Lead daily sales operations: manage deals in progress, oversee lead flow, and maintain strong gross and volume performance
Set and track goals (appointments, show rates, closing %, gross, product penetration)
Drive digital retail excellence: CRM follow-up, phone scripts, texting/email cadence, and lead response times
Work closely with Finance/Service to ensure smooth deliveries and high CSI
Maintain a high-energy, ethical, customer-first culture
Review inventory/pricing strategy with ownership/GM to keep vehicles market-competitive
What We're Looking For
3+ years in automotive sales,
1+ year in a leadership role
(Sales Manager/Desk Manager/Team Lead) preferred
Strong closing and negotiation skills with a customer-friendly approach
Proven ability to coach performance and hold a team accountable
Comfort with CRM workflows, digital leads, and process management
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
High integrity--no "old-school" games
