Job Description

Position Summary:

The Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth, leading sales strategy, and managing sales operations. This role focuses on building structured sales processes, strengthening customer relationships, expanding pipeline opportunities, and aligning sales with operations, marketing, and executive leadership.

Key Responsibilities



o Drive sales growth across existing customers, growth-potential, and pipeline/new business opportunities

o Establish and track monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals

o Lead and collaborate with inside sales to improve processes, efficiency, response times, and customer experience

o Build and maintain strong relationships with current customers, prospective customers, and residential builders

o Represent Lifetime Door Company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions; evaluating ROI and execute post-event follow-up strategies

o Serve as a primary representative of the company to customers, partners, and industry organizations

o Provide weekly sales reports and updates to the COO, GM, and leadership team

o Lead or present sales updates during Monday Operations Meetings and participate in PMI meetings

o Collaborate with Marketing and Operations to align sales and marketing strategies

o Track accountability through KPI's, reports, and follow-through commitments

Skills and Qualifications



o Associate's degree in business, marketing, or related field required. Bachelor's degree preferred.

o 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in construction, building materials, or garage door industry

o 3+ years of experience in leadership or supervisory role required

o Strong leadership and team-building skills

o Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills

o Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite

o Valid driver's license with clean driving record

Pay: From $80,000.00 per year
